Canobolas Rural Technology High School P&C Association operates the school canteen 5 days per week throughout the NSW government school term. The manager is responsible for the profitable management and operation of the school canteen according to the policies and procedures of CRTHS P&C Association.

The Canteen Assistants are responsible for food preparation, and operation of the school canteen according to the policies and procedures of CRTHS P&C Association.
